1. What the Site is

The Site is an independent public-information guide to the Escambia County, Florida inmate lookup and related procedures. It isn’t a government website. See our Disclaimer.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and informational purposes — for example, to find out whether a family member is in custody, understand a booking record, or learn how bond, visitation and mail work.

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • use the Site or any information from it for employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act,
  • use the Site to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate or embarrass anyone,
  • scrape, crawl or automate requests to our search, status or form tools, or try to get around rate limits,
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the official county portal,
  • republish search results in a way that violates Florida §901.43 or other law.

4. Search tools

The main search box sends you to the official county Jail View and shows what to type there. If an optional live-search feature is switched on, its results come from the official county portal on request and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or formatted differently. The official record always controls. We can limit, change or suspend any tool at any time.

4a. Forms

Messages you send through our contact or removal forms must be truthful and lawful. Don’t include other people’s sensitive personal information. We may ignore or block abusive or automated submissions.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or information on it — including decisions about bond, travel, legal matters or safety. Always verify with official sources.

6. Intellectual property

Original text, design and code on the Site are ours. Government records and statutes belong to the public. You may quote brief excerpts with a link back to the Site.
